High Speed Chase

After an intense high speed chase, an officer finally gets the lawbreaker to pull over.

"You know," says the cop, "I was originally pulling you over to tell you your taillight is out. Why the hell did you take off like that?"

"Last week my wife ran off with a cop," the man said, "and I was afraid you were trying to give her back."

Lawyers Doesn't Get To Heaven..

A couple were driving to a church to get married. On the way, they got into a car accident and died. When they arrive in heaven, they see St. Peter at the gate. They ask him if he could arrange it so they could marry in heaven. St. Peter tells them that he'll do his best to work on it for them.

Three months pass by and the couple hear nothing. They bump into St. Peter and ask him about the marriage.

He says, "I'm still working on it."

Two years pass by and no marriage.

St. Peter again assures them that he's working on it.

Finally after twenty long years, St. Peter comes running with a priest and tells the couple it's time for their wedding.

The couple marry and live happily for a while. But after a few months the couple go and find St. Peter and tell him things are not working out, and that they want to get a divorce.

"Can you arrange it for us?" they ask.

St. Peter replies, "Are you kidding?! It took me twenty years to find a priest up here. How am I gonna find you a lawyer?"

A policeman pulls an indian driver over for swerving in and out of lanes on the highway. He tells the guy to blow into a breathalyzer.

"I can't do that, officer, I'm an asthmatic. I could get an asthma attack if I blow into that tube."

"OK, we'll just get a urine sample down at the station."

"Can't do that either, officer. I'm a diabetic. I could get low blood sugar if I pee in a cup."

"Alright, we could get a blood sample."

"Can't do that either, officer. I'm a hemophiliac. If I give blood, I could die."

"Fine then, just walk this white line."

"Can't do that either, officer."

"Why not?"

"Because I'm drunk you IDIOT."

Kematian A Kugan diklasifikasi kes bunuh

Peguam Negara, Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail hari ini mengklasifikasikan kes kematian Kugan Ananthan dalam tahanan polis, sebagai kes bunuh.

Difahamkan siasatan sedang dijalankan.

Awal hari ini, Ketua Polis Negara, Tan Sri Musa Hassan berkata satu siasatan penuh akan dijalankan terhadap kematian Kugan.

Menurutnya, siasatan terperinci akan dijalankan walaupun laporan bedah siasat mendapat Kugan mati kerana terdapat cecair dalam paru-parunya.

Bercakap kepada pemberita di Kuching, Musa berkata pihak polis tidak akan melindungi sesiapa yang terlibat dalam kes kematian Kugan.

Kugan ditahan di Kajang pada 15 Januari lalu berhubung kes kecurian kereta. Lima hari kemudiannya, dia meninggal dunia ketika disoal siasat di Balai Polis Taipan, Subang Jaya.

Kematiannya telah mencetuskan bantahan awam menyebabkan keluarganya menangguhkan pengkebumiannya untuk melakukan bedah siasat kedua.

Keluarganya yang tidak berpuas hati dengan kematian Kugan mendakwa dia
didera polis kerana ada banyak kesan kecederaan pada tubuhnya walaupun laporan bedah siasat menunjukkan kematiannya adalah akibat paru-paru berair.

Mayatnya kini berada di Pusat Perubatan University Malaya. Difahamkan polis enggan membenarkan keluarganya melakukan bedah siasat kedua.

Laporan polis

Peguam keluarganya, Gobind Singh memberitahu Malaysiakini bahawa beliau akan memohon perintah mahkamah Rabu depan untuk memaksa pihak berkuasa melakukan bedah siasat.

Keluarga juga telah menghantar memorandum kepada ketua polis negara di ibupejabat polis Bukit Aman hari ihi, menggesa supaya tindakan diambil terhadap anggota polis yang bertanggungjawab terhadap kematian Kugan.

Pada masa yang sama, satu laporan polis telah dibuat terhadap keluarga Kugan kerana menyerbu masuk ke bilik mayat Hospital Serdang malam Selasa lalu untuk melihat mayat Kugan.

Dalam reaksinya, Musa berkata anggota keluarga Kugan tidak sepatutnya pergi ke bilik mayat untuk melihat mayatnya kerana ia boleh dianggap sebagai mengganggu bahan bukti.

Katanya, ia tidak seharusnya berlaku kerana pihak polis akan menjalan siasatan kerana terdapat satu laporan telah dibuat mengenainya.

Semalam, polis berkata, pihaknya akan mengambil kenyataan dari dua timbalan menteri yang turut hadir ketika anggota keluarga Kugan menyerbu masuk ke bilik mayat.

Mungkin didakwa minggu depan

Sementara itu, Timbalan Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri T Murugiah mengesahkan bahawa kematian Kugan dalam tahanan polis dikategorikan sebagai kes bunuh.

Menurutnya, peguam negara telah menghubunginya pagi ini bagi memberitahu tentang perkara itu, untuk dimaklumkan kepada anggota keluarga mangsa serta orang awam.

"Beliau (Abdul Gani) telah mengarahkan pihak polis untuk membuat siasatan rapi dan sekiranya proses siasatan berjalan lancar, kemungkinan besar orang
yang terlibat akan didakwa di mahkamah minggu depan," katanya kepada pemberita di Putrajaya, lapor Bernama.

Murugiah meminta agar ahli keluarga mangsa supaya memberi kerjasama penuh dalam siasatan yang akan dijalankan.

Keluarganya yang tidak berpuas hati dengan kematian Kugan mendakwa dia didera polis kerana ada banyak kesan kecederaan pada tubuhnya walaupun laporan bedah siasat menunjukkan kematiannya adalah akibat paru-paru berair.

Murugiah berkata beliau turut menerima aduan daripada anggota keluarga Kugan, yang antara lain tidak berpuas hati dengan laporan bahawa mereka membuat kecoh di rumah mayat Hospital Serdang, sedangkan mereka cuma merayu untuk melihat mayat Kuhan setelah lapan jam menunggu.

Katanya, mereka juga mendakwa pihak polis gagal memaklumkan kepada ibu bapa atau ahli keluarga terdekat Kuhan dalam masa 24 jam setelah dia ditahan.

"Aduan ini akan saya majukan kepada Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Bernard Dompok supaya dapat diangkat dalam mesyuarat kabinet akan datang untuk dibincangkan," katanya.

I wonder when all this will come to an end..? Im really disappointed with the idea of a cop investigating another cops' wrongdoings.. this is so damn unfair.. doesn't make sense.. well, would you ever call ur peers a murderer..? i wouldn't.. so, i asssume we all know what the investigation officers ( I.O ) gonna say bout the case.. i'm not tellin kuhan is innocent.. BUT he is a human too.. if u all so sure of his crime then charge him in a court of LAW.. opsss.. malaysia..!!! so, pls get a separate and independant body to do the investigation.. pls..

Water poring from the roof but still each 1 of them have a peaceful smile on their face.. Simply amazing!!!!!

Hey guys.. im back after maybe a week or two.. i had some terrible things surrounded me last week.. which i hate de most.. and things hav got a bit beta now.. im still not in de mood to do anythin.. too much too worry bout.. BUT WHY..?

Everythin happens for a reason.. tats wat i believe in.. but at times de reason is hard to be found.. i will surely find de reason.. i need some time though..

hey guys.. my first post on blogger.. nothin much to crap bout.. mayb out of boredom i started this.. and also some interest instigated by someone out there.. i have got plenty of stories to share wit u all.. but lets wait for de rite time..

well.. i really think blogs is so much fun.. n u can be held under ISA in malaysia cos of this.. tats damn cool.. dont u think so..? i hope tat doesnt happen to me.. neway, 2 years in kamunting is not a big deal.. are we really free out here..
